Building approvals in Tasmania rebounded in April after a sudden drop in March, with new houses accounting for almost 90 per cent of all residential approvals.The MBA's executive drector Chris Atkins, says it is the highest rate in Australia and bucks the trend of many larger states which build more apartments and semi-detached units.

Something has been happening to me a lot lately and I am hoping it is not a trend. People are starting to initiate contact via one medium but ask for a response via another medium. Most notably the text message asking for a phone call back. I am unwavering in my belief that the medium you are contacted in is the medium you should reply in.
