A TV cameraman has been hospitalized after he was hit by a car on his way to a news conference. Bart Dellarmi, a freelancer working for WPIX Channel 11, was on his way to police headquarters in lower Manhattan when he was hit by a car at Chambers and Centre streets, his station said.

A Japanese man named Nozaki killed and mutilated an innocent girl. Nozaki carved her body up in their bath and tried to hide the cause of death by washing her in their washing machine. How much different would this situation be if she were say, American? Or perhaps if she was a Japanese national, and the killer was an African American?
